The real estate industry is exceptionally demanding when you talk about communication. Branding that is at least good, is a must – just like the development location and quality of workmanship.
Our client’s unique offer was highlighted by an adequate brand storytelling which accents the development’s character. Especially, when you realize that for some, buying a flat may be a once in a lifetime investment of this kind.
The branding process was carried out in cooperation with the client and we based it on our own Brand&Go method. As a result, we created the brand identity of the Ogrody Różne (Rose Gardens) estate, which included the sales support concept under the “Kompaktowe mieszkania w kompaktowej cenie” (Compact flats in compact prices) slogan. Our other tasks included: website creation and development, visual image folder design and production, designing outdoor and press ads and last but not least – script writing for radio commercials.
