Creating TOP Partner, a PROFIm’s loyalty programme for business partners, included developing a system to measure the contractor-client relations strength and adapting all communication and promotion tools. At Horsefield, we drew up the complete CI for the programme and we produced advertising materials.
Developing a society of active sales agents and customers – this is the goal of the loyalty programme created for POZNAŃ Airport. We prepared the message concept, including the programme name accompanied with a number of communication tools (website, voucher design, digital signage content).
